Pursuant to the Federal Law of Personal Data held by Private Parties, Two Apes, S.A. de C.V., which trade name is The Apes (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") informs you that the Company is responsible for your personal data. Purpose. This Privacy Notice establishes the manner, terms and conditions pursuant to which the Company, including its subsidiaries and related companies, are entitled and authorized by the Personal Data Holder to obtain and process the Holder’s personal data (hereinafter the "Data").

Our website, www.theapes.mx, collects the following data: Full name, company where you work or which you represent, state, municipality, Zip Code, phone, e-mail address, commercial or consumer preferences, income ranges, education range, age ranges and/or socioeconomic level ranges.
The Personal Data Holder agrees that the Company may also collect data by other means, such as other commercially available sources like phone books, business directories, business cards or public databases.
Your personal data will be used based on the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and accountability in compliance with the legislation.
Sensitive Data. The Personal Data Holder affirms, as being true under oath, not to have provided the Company or to provide in the future "sensitive personal data", that is intimate personal data or data whose wrongful or unlawful use may be considered an act of discrimination against or pose a risk to the Personal Data Holder.
What are cookies and how we use them?
In the event of using "cookies", or accessing to our websites or other electronic media, we hereby inform you that our systems may collect your data, such as browser type, operating system, websites previously visited, IP address, etc., through "cookies" or "beacons", among others. Use of the Information

Purpose limitation and information disclosure
In our promotions, offers and services programs via e-mail, only the Company has access to the information collected.
